James Brook
Out-Reach Representative - I was involuntarily put in the foster care system when I was two years old. My mom took my younger brother to five acres to deal with some problems. She also thought that it would be good for all of us if we went to go get help and that is how I got introduced to five acres. When I was seventeen, I found someone who loved me and made me apart of their family. My goals as a teen trainer is to help as many foster kids as I can and let them know that it is going to be ok, and that you can make it in life. Things may not be easy at times, but you should never give up hope. Not everyone is out to get you; there is always someone out there to help you. There is so much more to life than you think, so don't do something today, that you'll regret later in it.
